By accessing or using Soul Rush and the Los Muertos Avatars website at soulrushgame.xyz ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.
Soul Rush is a browser-based game developed by Los Muertos Avatars. The Site may also feature leaderboards, promotional giveaways, and integration with third-party platforms including X (formerly Twitter). Access to certain features may require authentication through third-party services.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. Participation in giveaways or contests may have additional eligibility requirements as stated in the applicable contest rules.
Certain features require you to sign in via third-party services such as X. By authenticating, you authorize us to access limited profile information (such as your username and display name) as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party accounts.
From time to time, we may offer promotional contests or giveaways. Each contest will have its own rules displayed on the relevant page. In general: entry is limited to one per person; winners are selected randomly unless otherwise stated; we reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify fraudulent entries; and prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
Any NFTs distributed through the Site (including contest prizes) are provided as-is. Ownership of an NFT does not grant intellectual property rights to the underlying artwork beyond the rights specified by the Los Muertos Avatars collection terms. We make no representations regarding the future value of any NFT.
You agree not to:
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Site or manipulate leaderboards; attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure; impersonate another person or create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage in contests; use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
All content on the Site — including game assets, designs, code, and branding — is owned by Los Muertos Avatars or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of leaderboard data, or the availability of any feature. We are not responsible for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Los Muertos Avatars and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
